Selection of Awardee More than two thirds of the Steering Committee of the Kormarine Conference are required to attend in the selection process. An individual or a group with the largest number of votes becomes the awardee. In case of a tie vote, the chairman of the committee has the right to select. If there is no reason for disqualification, the steering committee selects the recommended person or group as the awardee.
